Ms. Sheila Lamuno

Ms Lamuno holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate Finance Law with merit from the University of Westminster, United Kingdom; a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania; and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. She is an enrolled Advocate of the High Court and a registered member of the Uganda Law Society as well as the East Africa Law Society. She is currently pursuing a PH.D in Public Policy and Administration at the Walden University in Minnesota, United States of America.

She has varied work experience as a Legal Practitioner. She was attached to the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs as a Legal Apprentice, then worked with Ince and Company International Law Firm, Omega Construction Limited before she joined Uganda Law Reform Commission as a Legal Assistant and later rose to Legal Officer.
