The Leadership Code Tribunal is a government institution, established under Article 234 and 235A of Constitution of the Republic of Uganda 1995 as amended and operationalised by Sections 2 and 23 of the Leadership Code Act, Cap 33.
The Leadership Code Tribunal is mandated to hear and determine cases of breach of the Leadership Code of Conduct.
