Mr. Chandia Madraraka Johnson

Mr. Chandia Madraraka Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (U) with good standing Membership from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants Uganda (ICPAU).

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) Accounting Degree from Makerere University and a Higher Diploma in Accountancy (HDA) from Makerere University Business School (MUBS). He also has Certificate in Forensic

• Investigative Accounting (FIA) from Osullavian Forensic Solutions Nairobi Kenya.

He has 26 years extensive experience and has worked in various Government institutions rising to the level of Senior Accountant; National Library of Uganda and Equal Opportunities Commission, Project Accountant Caritas Uganda Arua Diocese, District Accountant Nakasongola District Local Government and Senior Accounts Assistant Ministry of Education and Sports.

He also worked as Financial Management/ Audit Specialist during the Value for money Audit for the Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfer of Funds (IGFT) in Northern Uganda, Financial Audit assistant/ Team leader during the Presidential Judiciary Commission of Inquiry into mismanagement of UPE/ USE Funds 2010 and participated in Local Government Performance Assessment for 5 years.
